If you live in Gillingham & are heading away, we can look after your cat at home so they keep their own bed, their own routine & their own surroundings. PN comes to your free meet & greet to get to know you both, & either PN or David may then do the visits. You will get regular photo & video updates while you are away.
Our base is in Wainscott & standard visits cover homes within 3 road miles of it. Some parts of Gillingham fall inside that range, but much of it is further out, where mileage is charged at £1.50 per mile (75p each way) beyond the 3 miles. Send us your postcode & we will give you a clear answer before you book.

Cat sitting in Gillingham, Medway
Cat sitting in Gillingham, Medway focuses on calm, routine-based care delivered in your cat’s own home. Familiar surroundings often help cats feel more relaxed while their owners are away.
In-home visits maintain everyday patterns around feeding, litter use, & rest, supporting your cat’s comfort & wellbeing throughout your time away.
Why in-home care works particularly well
Cats are territorial animals, & familiar surroundings play an important role in wellbeing. Keeping your cat at home avoids transport, unfamiliar environments, & many of the stress triggers associated with temporary accommodation.
Each visit focuses on essential care - fresh food & water, litter tray checks, wellbeing observation, & calm companionship at your cat’s pace. Interaction is always guided by what your cat is comfortable with.
In-home care is often particularly beneficial for cats that are older, shy, indoor-only, or sensitive to change. Consistency helps preserve normal behaviour & keeps routines as steady as possible.
