Whether you’re away for a weekend or a fortnight, your cat stays in their own home with their own routine. We visit once or twice a day to give food & fresh water, care for the litter tray, spend time with them & check they are well.
We are cat owners ourselves, both DBS checked & fully insured, so you can leave home knowing your cat is in safe, caring hands.
Meet Us
PN started ToeBeans in 2022, & David works alongside her. We have cats of our own, two gorgeous British Shorthair girls, & many of the cats in our care are looked after by us both, so they come to know us each by name.
PN comes to your free meet & greet to hear about your cat, their routine & what they like. Either of us may then look after your cat while you are away, & we will always tell you who is coming, so there are no surprises at the door.
We are both DBS checked & fully insured, & you will get regular photo & video updates while you are away.

Areas We Cover
As fellow cat lovers, we understand the importance of finding the proper care for your feline friends. We live just outside Rochester with our two British shorthaired cats, one black & the other blue.
We look after cats across the Medway region, mainly in Rochester, Strood & Hoo, with parts of Chatham too.
There are no extra travel charges within a three-mile radius of Wainscott.
Mileage fees apply north of High Halstow, Cliffe & Cooling, west to Higham & Lower Higham, east to Chatham & Gillingham, & south towards Borstal, Cuxton or Halling.
We have previously looked after cats in Isle of Grain, Peters Village, Rainham, Hempstead, Walderslade & Wouldham, but the travel time & expense make quotes for these areas high – please get in touch for a quotation.

We offer cat sitting across the Medway area of northern Kent.
Standard visit prices apply within 3 miles of Wainscott by road. For visits further out, a mileage fee of £1.50 per mile (75p each way) applies. Message us with your postcode & we’ll confirm your price.

30 Minute Visit
This is a standard 30 minute visit in either the morning or the evening, this ensures your fur baby feels happy & comfortable while you are away from each other.

All of the above but for 15 minutes longer per visit, our 45 minute visits are suitable for cats that need more time & affection regularly due to being on their own or indoor only.

Notes About Our Pricing
All pricing listed applies to up to three cats per household.
Your cat’s well-being matters to us, so we do not offer visits every other day. Cats thrive on companionship, social interaction, mental stimulation, & the essential provisions of food & water, & prolonged solitude can lead to unforeseen mischief, so we only accept bookings for daily visits.
An additional fee of £5 applies for households with more than three cats.
Please request a customised quote if you need visits longer than one hour each.
Our visits are typically scheduled between 7:30 a.m. & 10 a.m., finishing by 10:30 a.m., & between 4:00 p.m. & 6:30 p.m., finishing by 7 p.m.
Visits outside these hours carry a supplementary £5 fee due to meal times & schedule adjustments.

An extra charge of £5 per day applies for caring for small animals alongside cat feeding visits.
Non-Standard Pricing For Special Days
We keep the same high standard of service over the festive period, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day. Visits on these dates are £20 per visit (double the standard rate) due to limited availability. Bank holidays are charged at 1.5 times the standard rate. Thank you for your understanding.

Isn’t using a pet-sitting service more costly than a cattery?
We hope you will be pleasantly surprised, & if you’ve multiple cats, it will probably cost less! Also, as cat owners ourselves, we know it is a concern getting high-quality care for our cats when we’re away. The fastest way to judge what’s best for your pet is to give us a call & see what you think.
How can I decide if you are suitable for my pet?
We offer a free initial meeting where PN comes & meets you & your pets, as we want to ensure that you are 100% happy before using our services. We like to hear all about them & understand their personalities & needs. We can discuss the services we offer & answer any questions you may have.
What’s the main difference your pet sitting service provides?
Personal care & trust. You’re leaving your cats in our care, & we understand that your cats are very dear to you. You have to trust the people looking after them as you would yourself. Plus, the feedback we receive from clients suggests that their pets are far happier & more content with this solution rather than a stay in a cattery.
Are you able to let me know how my pet is whilst I’m away?
Yes! We are happy to send you emails, WhatsApp messages or texts confirming all is well, & we send photo & video updates too. You can also call us for an instant update.
What happens if my return from holiday is delayed?
Don’t worry! Please let us know as soon as possible & we will make all the necessary arrangements to continue to care for your pets.
What happens if my pet falls ill whilst I’m away?
Unfortunately, this occasionally happens, but because your pet is getting excellent care & attention, any illness is nearly always picked up quickly & acted upon immediately. We will always err on the side of caution because that’s what we would demand for our own cats. As part of our procedures, we continuously request & retain detailed instructions on managing any arising situation.
Are you able to administer medication to my pets?
Yes, that’s not a problem, provided we have your written permission & full instructions. Please note that we cannot administer injections as these should always be carried out by a veterinary nurse.
Are you insured & DBS checked?
We’re fully insured by a Pet Sitting Insurance policy with Protectivity Insurance. We have £1,000,000 public liability cover & £10,000 cover per single event for loss of keys & replacement locks. The policy is valid anywhere in the UK.
We are also both DBS checked.
What are your payment terms & booking conditions?
A non-refundable deposit of 40% paid at the time of booking will ensure that your dates are safely secured. If you need to change the dates up to 14 days prior to the booking, this can be done without charge as long as these dates are available.
The final balance must be paid two days prior to the start date of the visits.
