What Areas Do I Cover?
As a fellow cat lover, I understand the importance of finding the proper care for your feline friends. I live just outside of Rochester with my husband & two gorgeous British shorthaired cats, one black & the other blue.
My services encompass cat-sitting in the Medway region, focusing mainly on Rochester, Chatham, & Strood.
There are no extra travel charges for destinations within a three-mile radius of Wainscott. Nevertheless, supplementary mileage fees are applicable for locations situated north of High Halstow, Cliffe, & Cooling, westwards to Higham & Lower Higham, eastwards to Chatham & Gillingham, & southwards toward Borstal, Cuxton or Halling.
While I have previously served Isle of Grain, Peters Village, Rainham, Hempstead, Walderslade, & Wouldham, the increasing travel time & expenses have rendered quotes for these areas expensive – but by all means, contact me for a quotation.

This is a standard 30 minute visit in either the morning or the evening, this ensures your fur baby feels happy & comfortable while you are away from each other.

I understand that your cat’s well-being is of utmost importance to you, & to ensure their safety & health, I decline requests for visits every other day. I recognise that cats thrive on companionship, social interaction, mental stimulation, & the essential provisions of food & water, as prolonged solitude can lead to unforeseen mischief. Therefore, bookings for daily visits to attend to your feline friends will only be accepted.
I prioritise the safety & well-being of your cats, & to ensure this, an additional fee of £5 will be applied for households with more than three cats.
Please request a customised quote if you require visits exceeding one hour each.
My cat-sitting appointments are typically scheduled between 7:30 a.m. & 10 a.m., concluding at 10:30 a.m., & between 4:00 p.m. & 6:30 p.m., concluding at 7 p.m.
Visits outside these hours will incur a supplementary £5 fee due to meal times & schedule adjustments.

Non-Standard Pricing For Special Days
I am committed to maintaining the same high standard of service during festive occasions, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Please note that visits on these dates will incur a fee of £20 per visit, which is double the standard rate, due to limited availability during this time. Additionally, bank holidays will be charged at 1.5 times the standard rate. Thank you for your understanding.

What Happens if My Pet Falls Ill Whilst I'm Away?
Unfortunately, this occasionally happens, but because your pet is getting excellent care & attention, any illness is nearly always picked up quickly & acted upon immediately. I will always err on the side of caution because that’s what I would demand for our cats. As part of our procedures, we continuously request & retain detailed instructions on managing any arising situation.
Are You Able to Administer Medication to My Pets?
Yes, that’s not a problem, provided I have your written permission & full instructions. Please note that I cannot administer injections as these should always be carried out by a veterinary nurse.
Are You Insured?
I’m fully insured by a Pet Sitting Insurance policy with Protectivity Insurance. I have £1,000,000 public liability cover & £10,000 cover per single event for loss of keys & replacement locks. The policy is valid anywhere in the UK.
